*This Centella Cleansing Water gently removes all the dirt and impurities on your skin without causing any irritation.
*Soothes skin with Centella Asiatica Extract.
*Reduces dryness after cleansing with Micellar method.
*Formulated at a mild pH level to protect skin.
*All ingredients are EWG green graded.

Pour a moderate amount on a cotton pad and gently wipe across the entire face.

Useful Tip: For the waterproof makeup, hold the cotton pad for 3-5 seconds for a better cleansing effect.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Item must be in new, sealed, and unused condition with original packaging. Please note we cannot accept opened and / or used items. All sales are final for items marked clearance and damaged box.

To request an RMA number for return, please send us an email with your order number, item and quantity to be returned. Your request will be reviewed, and if return conditions are met, you will receive a prepaid label and return instructions. The condition of the item received will determine if a refund is issued. Please pack and return your item with care to minimize damage during transit. We must receive the return package into our warehouse. Return packages lost in transit by carrier will not be refunded. Returns received for items not as described will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final for items marked clearance and box damaged items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
