ILSO - Super Melting Sebum Softener [150ml]

*Enriched with Papaya Fruit Extract and Papain that helps remove dead skin cells and skin impurities with minimal irritation to sensitive skin.
*In a slightly acidic level of pH 8-9 to mildly exfoliate your skin to achieve a smooth and clear look.
*Packed with Centella Asiatica Extract, Houttuynia Cordata Extract and Matricaria Flower Extract to offer an instant calming effect to soothe sensitive skin and replenish moisture after deep cleansing.

After cleansing, take a generous amount onto a cotton pad and leave it onto desired areas for 10-15 minutes. Remove the cotton pad and use a cotton swab or Deep Clean Master to remove the melted sebum before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Item must be in new, sealed, and unused condition with original packaging. Please note we cannot accept opened and / or used items. All sales are final for items marked clearance and damaged box.

To request an RMA number for return, please send us an email with your order number, item and quantity to be returned. Your request will be reviewed, and if return conditions are met, you will receive a prepaid label and return instructions. The condition of the item received will determine if a refund is issued. Please pack and return your item with care to minimize damage during transit. We must receive the return package into our warehouse. Return packages lost in transit by carrier will not be refunded. Returns received for items not as described will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

All sales are final for items marked clearance and box damaged items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
