*A cleansing balm formulated with Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil and Grape Seed Oil that deliver gentle and thorough cleansing of skin impurities and makeup.
*Features Madecassoside that helps soothe sensitive skin.
*Vegan formula and free from fragrances and artificial colorants which is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Twist out a moderate amount and massage the face gently to remove makeup and skin impurities. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Item must be in new, sealed, and unused condition with original packaging. Please note we cannot accept opened and / or used items. All sales are final for items marked clearance and damaged box.

To request an RMA number for return, please send us an email with your order number, item and quantity to be returned. Your request will be reviewed, and if return conditions are met, you will receive a prepaid label and return instructions. The condition of the item received will determine if a refund is issued. Please pack and return your item with care to minimize damage during transit. We must receive the return package into our warehouse. Return packages lost in transit by carrier will not be refunded. Returns received for items not as described will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final for items marked clearance and box damaged items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
