JUMISO - Blackhead Melting Softener & Cotton Pad Set [150ml]

*A gentle yet effective blackhead softener enriched with Succinic Acid to soften and remove sebum and blackhead, while providing pore care to prevent clogging.
*Contains Cypress Water that effectively soothes and calms irritated and sensitive skin.
*Further infused with PHA to amplify exfoliating effects to refine uneven skin texture, while delivering hydration to skin.
*Skin irritation test completed, suitable for sensitive skin.

Soak the cotton pad with the softener until fully saturated and apply it to clean and dry skin. Remove the pad after 10 to 15 minutes and use pore-care tools such as scraper, extractor or cotton swab to lightly remove the softened sebum. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

*For oily or sebum-prone skin, use 1 to 2 times a week; for sensitive skin, use once a week.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Item must be in new, sealed, and unused condition with original packaging. Please note we cannot accept opened and / or used items. All sales are final for items marked clearance and damaged box.

To request an RMA number for return, please send us an email with your order number, item and quantity to be returned. Your request will be reviewed, and if return conditions are met, you will receive a prepaid label and return instructions. The condition of the item received will determine if a refund is issued. Please pack and return your item with care to minimize damage during transit. We must receive the return package into our warehouse. Return packages lost in transit by carrier will not be refunded. Returns received for items not as described will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

All sales are final for items marked clearance and box damaged items.
